How iShAstro processes your data

iShAstro runs on Cloudflare. It is not a local-only application.

• Saved profiles, readings and conversations are stored in this application's Cloudflare account.
• AI features send the chart, reading, question and relevant conversation or profile context to the configured AI gateway or provider. Depending on the site, this can include Founder Cloud, OpenRouter, Ollama Cloud and their model providers. Personal context can include location. Saved cycle dates and cycle length are used for the calendar overlay and are not automatically added to AI prompts. Any sensitive information included in your questions or conversation history is still processed by the AI service.
• Place and time-zone lookups send a place name or coordinates to OpenStreetMap Nominatim and timeapi.io. Birth date is used within the application to calculate the historical time-zone offset; it is not sent to those lookup providers.
• PDF export sends the report, including birth details, chart and reading, to Cloudflare's hosted browser. Fonts are embedded in the application; that browser is blocked from making external web requests.
• Sign-in and approval messages use Cloudflare Email or Resend. They receive the recipient address and email content. Telegram messages use Telegram when that optional integration is enabled.

The application does not embed advertising trackers. Automatic request-URL logging, persisted Worker logs and trace exports are disabled in its deployment configuration. Basic Cloudflare service metrics and infrastructure/security processing remain. Authorized operators may use real-time diagnostics.

These settings do not erase historical logs or control every provider's retention, training or infrastructure-log policy. Do not assume data sent to an AI provider is never retained. Only submit information you are comfortable having processed by the services above.
